The inner core of the battery consists of a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator.Cathode: Every lithium battery‘s model have different specification and material. The material should according to the work tickets that need corresponding ingredient, and then mixing them. The first step, NMP and PVDF should mix about four hours. The second step,add conductive agent, such as KS-6 or SP mix about 60 minutes. If the battery is ternary material, the second step should add oxalic acid. The third step, add the main material (LiMn2O4,LiCOO2,NCM,LFP) mix about 180 minutes.
Negative electrode: the first step,The solvent and dispersant are stirred for four hours, while stirring, vacuum is required to prevent foaming. The second step,add the Conductive carbon black and NMP mix about 30 minutes. The third step, add the carbon , mix about for a while.

Coating production

According to the battery model ,cut the copper and aluminum sheets into wording pieces.The stirred ingredients are coated through a roller and then slitted into pieces.



WindingThe negative electrode wraps the positive electrode, and after compaction, whether there is a short circuit is tested, and the diaphragm needs to be wider than the positive and negative electrodes to prevent positive and negative electrodes from contact.



Assemble
Use the mold to make the aluminum plastic film into the corresponding shape, assemble and seal the battery cell, and paste a layer of transparent glue on the outside of the aluminum plastic film to prevent scratching the aluminum plastic film during the production process. If customers need to customize, you need to see if there is a suitable mold for making aluminum plastic film.


Roast and liquid injection 

Before the injection, it is necessary to bake the water dry, inject the electrolyte solution, and let it stand for about 24 hours after injection to allow the electrolyte to flow sufficiently.

Formation and two seals

The formation process charges the battery cell and activates the cell, and the charging amount is about 60%-70%; After the formation is completed, the second seal is carried out, and the battery is molded and the air is discharged.


Volumetric, aging, full inspection

Discharge the battery cells after full charge, and test the actual capacity of the battery; After three days of aging, put the battery in a high temperature environment to test whether the capacitance has changed. Finally, the full inspection detects whether the battery has a short circuit, whether the appearance of the battery is damaged, and measures the K value, and the K value is the power loss.

Packing

Weld the wire on the protection plate, cut off a little tabs of the battery, weld the protection plate on the battery, detect the battery value, cover the glue, wrap the adhesive tape on the positive electrode, prevent the contact of the positive and negative electrodes caused by short circuit, spray code.
